Covid-19 Guidelines and Procedures

  • Upon entry to the facility all crew members will be checked for temperature

  • All crew members will be using a face mask at all times during their shift

  • Disposable gloves will be used by all team members during their shift

  • Frequent checks for any damaged or soiled safety equipment will be conducted and replaced as needed

  • All guests will be required to wear safety masks upon entry and during the duration of their visit as well as gloves while touching merchandise 

  • There will be numerous sanitizer stations set up around the facility

  • At all cashier points a safety glass will be separating the team members from the guests

  • All menus will be on a QR Code to view on smart devices – disposable menus will also be available

  • All equipment will be sanitized before and after every use

  • Disinfecting Wipes and sprays will be available for guests if needed

  • All high touch surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized frequently such as knobs and counters.

  • We will be conducting frequent bathroom checks for cleanliness and sanitization throughout the day

  • All guests in the facility unless travelling together will be required to social distance, remaining 6 feet apart

  • There will be a limit of 4 guests per waiting area in the facility

  • All furniture will be social distanced as per COVID-19 guidelines

  • There will be many reminders posted around the facility about social distancing and covid-19 safety procedures
